Savoury brioche tart (V) with sharp cheddar, tomatoes, onions, spinach and basil  - £3.60 per 1/4 tart (enough for 2 average portions); £7.00 per 1/2 tart; £13.00 per whole tart. Sausage roll with Pen y Lan free-range rare-breed pork and onions and sage from my garden.  More (avg 130g) filling but now with less pastry. [...]
