BAKING SAT 29 OCT FOR COLLECTIONS FROM MY HOME AND FREE LOCAL DELIVERIES

I’m baking SAT 29 Oct for orders to collect from my front door in CH2 4ER between 3pm and 6pm.  I’ll send directions if you haven’t been to my house before.

If you would like a free delivery or if you are willing to deliver without charging I will try to pair you up with someone who lives near you.  If possible, please reciprocate by being willing to return the favour.   In these cases, no money changes hands.  Customers pay me directly (I will explain).

NEXT BAKES: Sat 29 Oct for collections from my home 3pm – 6pm (and free local deliveries); Sun 6 Nov for Abbey Leys Farmers’ Market 10am – 1pm. Sat 12 Nov for collections from my home 3pm – 6pm (and free local deliveries); Sat 19 Nov for the ‘Makers’ Market’ on the plaza outside the new indoor market in Chester.

570g ‘Borodinsky’ Stoneground Wholegrain Rye Tin  with coriander seeds – £3.60

Wow your guests with my walnut pie

Harry’s Cake - for lovers of nuts and stem ginger £16.00 per kg. Whole cakes cost between £7.50 and £9.00.  Half-cakes are also available.  Will keep in your fridge until at least 10/12.

Walnut Pie – whole pie £24.   Half pie £12.  Quarter pie £6.  Eighth pie £3.  This pie is very rich.  One eighth of a pie will easily cut into two or more portions.  It will keep for at least a month in your fridge.

Lemon Cake – bbe 11 Nov – HALF PRICE – Usually £5.  Now £2.50.

Savoury Brioche Tart

Savoury Brioche Tart with tomatoes and basil.   Whole rectangular tart – £13 (approx 30 x 20 x 2.5 cm).  Half rectangular tart £7. Quarter rectangular tart £3.60.  One quarter is sufficient for two portions. Will keep in your fridge until Thursday evening and can be frozen for up to 6 months. Eat cold or re-heat. Suitable for veggies but not vegans.

Nut roast with chestnuts, cashews, mushrooms, pearl barley.  £6 each or £11 for 2 nut roasts (either type).  Serves 2. Will keep in your fridge until Thursday evening or freeze for up to 6 months.   Suitable for veggies but not vegans. Eat cold or re-heat in your oven, microwave or frying pan.  Instructions on lid.
