BAKING ON SAT 11 MARCH

I’m now taking orders for collection from my front door in CH2 4ER between 3pm and 6pm on Sat 11 March.  I’ll send directions if you haven’t been to my house before.

If you would like a free delivery or if you are willing to deliver without charging I will try to pair you up with someone who lives near you.  If possible, please reciprocate by being willing to return the favour.   In these cases, no money changes hands.  Customers pay me directly (I will explain).

570g Borodinsky wholegrain rye sourdough with coriander – £3.60

Walnut pie  10″ – 12″ dia (both weigh the same, the 10″ pie being slightly deeper).  Whole pie £24.  Half pie £12.  Quarter pie £6. Eight pie £3.   Will keep for at least a month in your fridge.

Harry’s Cake - for lovers of nuts and stem ginger £16.00 per kg. Whole cakes cost between £7.50 and £9.00.  Half-cakes are also available.  Will keep in your fridge until at least 13/4/23

Bara-brith – £5.  BBE 6/4/23

Giant Chelsea buns – £2.20 each

Tea-cakes – customers say they are the best.  I can’t make enough of them! They freeze brilliantly. £4.20 for a bag of four.  BBE 15/3/23 (or freeze for up to 6 months)

Vegetarian Parsnip and Cashew Roas

Veggie parsnip and cashew nut roast.  Serves 2 as a main course.  Will keep in your fridge until Thursday evening or freeze for up to 6 months.   £6 each or 2 for £11.

Veggie savoury brioche tart with tomatoes and basil.   Whole tart – £13 (approx 30 x 20 x 2.5 cm).  Half  tart £7. Quarter tart £3.60.   Will keep in your fridge for four days and can be frozen for up to 6 months. Eat cold or re-heat.
